It was originally on the 4th. I'd go but..............
Couple of weeks ago I killed 2nd gear on my auto at Darlington.
Swapped in a spare trans but then blew up the tq converter a week later merging on to I-85 on my way to work! Put the stock converter in for now.
Getting the trans rebuilt with some better parts and getting the converter fixed / stalled higher but won't be done in time. That, and my car is not nearly as fast with the stock converter back in.

Most likely it won't be. It never is. I have about 2,000 time slips from tracks all over this great country from Arizon to PA to Indy to MD and points in between. It is the worst preped track I have ever been down bar none. Your experience behind the wheel at tracks all over the country is what? I can't get the thread to open either, however, on Friday Night that track was a total disaster. Cars could not get down the track, a driver was injured and a car wasted. There is no track prep and rubber on this track.

The weather should be great for racing. Hopefully they put some effort into prepping the track but I really doubt it.

I really hope they do prove us wrong tonight. I keep going every time there are open, hoping it will be better than the last time but it never is. If it doesn't improve I doubt anyone will show up for T&T anymore. |
