When camping in Bristol finding propane for our motorcoach used to be a problem. The pump trucks that serve the campgrounds gave us sticker shock, and we never knew when or if they would come. Last year we found propane at reasonable prices at Lakeview RV Park www.lakeviewrvpark.com. It has easy access to the propane pumping station for big coaches. The campground is three miles from BMS on Highway 11 E toward Johnson City. They fill small tanks too cheaper than the exchanges at gas stations.

You can also find reasonably priced propane at the U-Haul store near Bristol Mall (2975 West State Street) and at the builder's hardware store (Builder's Mart, 3302 Highway 126) in Blountville. The hardware store was cheaper than anyplace else I checked in the area.
