First race at LVMS--HELP!!!

Hi everyone! It's going to be my first race at LVMS and I'm hoping I will get more help than the LVMS website. I just have a couple questions:

1- What's the dress code for the Neon Garage?
2- How do you access the Neon Garage?
3- Can you enter/exit the Neon Garage during the race?
4- Can I bring a back pack into the venue?
5- Can you exit/enter the venue (to put purchases in car)?

I appreciate any information I can get.
